Grief During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Considerations for Palliative Care Providers
This article describes the relationship of the COVID-19 pandemic to anticipatory grief, disenfranchised grief, and complicated grief for individuals, families, and their providers. There is also a discussion about countering this grief through communication, advance careplanning and self-care practices. A list of resources for healthcare professionals is included.
